We offer a range of on-call spa services including traditional Balinese massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy massage, foot reflexology, body scrub, facial treatments, and relaxing beauty care directly at your villa, hotel, or home.

2. How do I make a booking?

You can book through WhatsApp, or phone call. Simply let us know your location, preferred treatment, date, and time.

3. How long in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 hours in advance, especially during peak hours. However, last-minute bookings are also welcome depending on therapist availability.

4. Do you provide massage services for couples?

Yes, we offer couple treatments. Two therapists will come together so both guests can enjoy the experience at the same time.

5. Where do you provide service?

We cover major areas in Bali including Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Sanur, Legian, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and surrounding areas. Contact us to confirm your exact location.

6. What should I prepare before the therapist arrives?

Just prepare a comfortable space in your room or villa. Our therapist will bring oil, towels, sheets, and all necessary equipment.

7. Do you bring a massage bed?

A massage bed can be provided upon request depending on the location. Please let us know during booking.

8. How long is each treatment?

Most treatments are available in 60, 90, or 120 minutes. You may also request custom durations.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfer, and QRIS. Please confirm your preferred method during the booking.

10. Is the treatment safe for pregnant women?

We offer pregnancy-safe massage, but only during the second trimester and performed by specially trained therapists. Please inform us in advance.

11. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 1 hour before the appointment are free.
Cancellations made last-minute after the therapist is on the way may incur a fee.

12. Are your therapists certified?

Yes, all our therapists are experienced, professionally trained, and follow strict hygiene and service standards.

13. Do you offer group bookings?

Yes, we provide services for families, events, group retreats, or villa guests. Please contact us for special arrangements.
